There is no fear sign on rubbish collectors face on daily collecting rubbish  for livelihood at Suwung the last place of excile rubbish (the TPA). They interact harmoniusly with   Bali  Cattle which were also feed organic rubbish over there as the main source of their feed. When the collectors were asked a question by author, wheather or not they fear if they trampled down or  push by the animal; they smile unswered it “no fear, we both togather looking for livelihood”.  We already accustomed in interaction with the animals, they no wild and no disturb unswered of  Mr Yanto, one of the collectors.

When  the author existed at the TPA of Suwung, the behviour of the collectors and the animals were recorded. Trucks loaded rubbish came any time to the TPA to drop off the rubbish. At that time the collectors would fight each other to collect unorganic rubbish sach as plastics,  bottles, glasses, second hand tires, papers and all type of rubbish that could be sold. Mean while, the animals (as oeganic rubbish collectors) would wait until the collectors anorganic rubbish away from rubbish dump that no more unorganic contents in it. After that, the alteration of the animals to delicate organic rubbish such as waste product of fruits, kitchen (rest of rice, bread, etc). An  interaction relationship that can be followed are respect each other, understanding and patience in queue.

Small field fact of the animals population that was reared at the TPA of Suwung use organik rubbish that was originaly from Denpasar City. Total of the animal at the TPA is about 1000head that were owned by some farmers who live in villages around the TPA or others. A farmer owned 10 of the animals or more. The farmers identify their animals with different neck band orstring colour that put on the animal neck to distinguish other owners. During research, city fresh rubbish up to rotten of vegetables  (“kangkung stem”, carrot, cabbage, pumpkin, fruit- tree, green vegetable, etc), rubbish of fruits (popo skin, dragon fruit skin, banana skin, water melon skin, etc) and kitchen rubbish (rest of rice, bread, poteto, etc) were used for the.animals feed at the TPA of Suwung base on intensive observation. This condition of the feed exactly different compare to the animals rear generally, traditionally.and conventionally that practice by farmers. In general, the animal feed design for public is consit of native grasses, elephant grass, king grass, etc. while forages are “gamal”, “kaliandra”, “lamtoro”, etc.

That condition was recorded by the author on the research in the year of 2014. But, sincethe year of 2017 the Government of Denpasar City done Green Plantation Project at the TPA of Suwung. The name of the project is The Suwung Sarbagita TPA.Revitalization. It was named by Mr. Luhut Binsar Panjaitan, the minister of Sea Coordinator on Friday (22nd December, 2017) at the TPA of Suwung (Tribun Bali, 2017). The project was built to diminish smell, to prevent rubbish sliding, and to welcome the assembly year of the IMF and World Bank in Bali  in 2018. It was implemented for 3 years, started in end of December 2017 and end it in October 2019.The project affects to the rear of the animals at the TPA of Suwung, so that until now there is no any of  the animal can be seen at the TPA.
